SHIPPING RATES 

We offer free shipping to Australia for all purchases over $40 AUD.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. We will notify you via email if there is an unexpected delay.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on your location and we recommend allowing 2-8 business days to receive your order after dispatch. Unfortunately, air frieght is not an available option to us when shipping fragrances. During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-14 business days to avoid disappointment. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed an order, feel free to contact us.
